
Solvent Detoxification Protocol
HEALTH INFORMATION SERIES
Solvents desiccate our joints, break down the lipoprotein membranes
around our nerves and cells, impair mercury excretion, allow parasites
to reproduce outside the intestine and are carcinogenic. The most
effective way to detox them from our bodies is to eliminate them from
our foods, cosmetics, cleaning items, etc.
Avoid:
Isopropyl alcohol - any ingredient listed with "prop"
in it. This includes shampoos, deodorants, soap, toothpaste, moisture
lotions, cosmetics and household cleaning products. Read labels
carefully; even many health food store products have solvents. (Grain
alcohol is okay. Methyl paraben is not okay - from methanol or wood
alcohol.)
Benzene - Flavoured foods (Jello, candy, throat
lozenges, etc.), shortening, chewing gum, Vaseline products, some
store-bought fruit juice and some bottled waters.
Aflatoxins - A toxic mold by-product that is extremely
carcinogenic found on all nuts, bread more than a few days old, overripe
fruit and may bulk grains.
Detoxifying Supplements:
Grapefruit Seed Extract drops - Put several drops in
water mixed with your whole grains at night in a blender. The next
morning pour off the water, add more water, blend and cook your whole
grain breakfast. (These drops should neutralize aflatoxins.)
Chlorella - Begin with 4 a day, 2 in the morning, 2 at
night, without food. Build up to 8-12 per day if you amalgam fillings
are removed. (Chlorella is a powerful toxic chemical and mercury
chelator.)
Super Garlic - Begin with 2 a day, 1 in the morning, 1
at night without food. Build up to 4-6 per day. Take at the same time as
chlorella at 2:1 ratio. (Garlic is a strong chelator of toxic
chemicals.)
Ornithine - 2 - 4 before bed. (Mildly sleep inducing
and anti-parasitic.)
Arginine - One, 3 times per day, before meals.
Decreases fatigue associated with detoxing. Do not take if you have a
history of herpes outbreaks.
PhosChol or Squalene or E.P.A. - 2 times per day with
meals. (Nutritional building blocks for nerve and cell membranes.)
Carnitine - 2 to 4 per day between meals. (Helps
shuttle fatty acids into cell membrane.)
